    Day 1 - Portland, Oregon

Welcome to the foodie capital of the Pacific Northwest! Today we ask you to arrive at the Jupiter NEXT hotel in Portland, Oregon by 3:00pm. (From the airport you can either take a taxi or rideshare to the hotel).

We will get to know one another with Welcome Cocktails at Hey Love at 6pm. Hey Love is a vibrant bar known for its tropical-inspired cocktails and lively atmosphere. The bar offers a laid-back yet stylish setting adorned with colorful decor, lush greenery, and retro vibes while specializing in creative cocktails with fresh ingredients, exotic spirits, and house-made syrups.

Following our delicious cocktails we will take a stroll to dinner at Han Oak. Han Oak is known for its innovative approach to Korean cuisine and intimate atmosphere. What makes Han Oak special is its combination of a restaurant and a home, as it operates out of the chef's residence, creating a cozy and welcoming environment reminiscent of a dinner party among friends. Chef Peter Cho offers a modern interpretation of Korean cuisine, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, creative flavor combinations, and meticulous attention to detail.

Enjoy a leisure morning and be sure to keep your appetite for our brunch time Food Tour around Portland.

We will depart the hotel at 11:30am and walk 20 minutes to our Food Carts, Pods, and Patio Tour. Day 3 - The Willamette Valley

Get excited for some amazing wine tasting today!

This morning we are heading to the Willamette Valley wine region for a full day of wine tasting. We will stop at three (3) wineries and enjoy some small bites throughout the day and dinner at our last stop.

    Wineries include:

    • Cho Wines: Authentic wines with distinct character from higher elevation sites. “Community driven & sustainably focused. CHO symbolizes the celebration of our commonality. All living matter consists of the most basic elements carbon, hydrogen and oxygen (CHO). The building blocks of the food and drink we share at our table, the people we share it with, remind us that we are ALL connected here on earth.”

      – Dave and Lois Cho

    • Suzor Wines: Suzor Wines are born from simple goals. Thinking in shape and texture. Practicing low intervention winemaking. Committing to sustainability of the land. Capturing a sense of place. Producing evocative, layered and vibrant wines. Dreaming of a wine farm. “Crafted by a young couple devoted to keeping things small and doing things right, Suzor’s “The Tower” is Oregon Pinot Noir at its precision-balanced, Burgundy-inspired best. “This stunning Pinot Noir is a showpiece for a young winery that works “Old World” magic with pure Willamette Valley fruit.”

      — Ian Cauble, Master Sommelier

    • Ponzi Vineyards: Founders Dick and Nancy Ponzi moved to the Willamette Valley in the late 1960s with a spirit of adventure and a dream to produce world-class, cool climate-grown Pinot Noir.

As the winery grew, the family constructed a sustainably focused gravity-flow winery in 2008 and a state-of-the-art tasting room in 2013. Ponzi Vineyards’ low-intervention, natural approach to winemaking and viticulture, along with consistent high-level acclaim and accolades, have kept the brand as a vanguard Oregon producer.

    Evening will be at leisure.

  • Day 4 - Depart

Morning at leisure. Check-out of the hotel by 11am.
